Ballooning Software – Viswa IR Gen – Masters

Ballooning Software Viswa IR Gen identifies Dimension Texts automatically with OCR Technique and further allows you to create first Inspection and other reports.

Masters

Masters are the entry forms where data can be entered once and will be accessible in various other forms as and when required. You have to keep the entries in masters in multiple forms and reports for future use.

Settings

In the Settings screen, you can update Balloon and Tolerance settings. Select the Settings button from the Master's menu in the application. You may set Tolerance Standard, Balloon Size and Balloon Text Size in this window.

To enter Default Tolerance Standard, click on the Triple dotted button as shown below.

In the screen that opens, enter the Tolerance standard and Click the Save button. Click Close to select the data in the Settings screen.

Select the Default Tolerance Standard and in Balloon settings, add values for Balloon Size and Text Size as per requirement.

Click Save.

Company Master

To update company details, in the Master menu, click Company.

Enter Company Name,Address, Place, State, Country and Pin code. Click Save.

Note that updating the Company name is mandatory to generate any reports in the application.

Customer Master

To add Customer details in the application, Click Customer in the Master menu.

In the screen that opens, enter CustomerName, Plant Location,Key Contact, Core Team, and Dimension Tool . Click Save.

Feature Master

To make Feature entries in the application, Click Feature in the Master menu.

In the screen that opens, enter Feature Name and Click Save.

Machines Master

To update Machine details in the application, Click Machines in the Master menu.

In the screen that opens, enter Machine Name and Machine No. if available. Click Save.

Measuring Instrument Master

To add Measuring Instrument data in the application, Click Measuring Instrument in the Master menu.

In the screen that opens, enter Instrument Name and Click Save.

Operation Number Master

To make Operation entries in the application, Click Operation in the Master menu.

In the screen that opens, Select Drawing and enter Operation No. Click Save. Note that you can enter the Operation No. details only after uploading the Drawing.

Operation Master

To make Operation / sub operation details entries in the application, Click Operation in Master menu.

In the screen that opens, enter Operation Name, Select Symbol Type. To enter a symbol Type, Click on the triple dotted button beside the dropdown.

Enter the Symbol Value and click on Save.

Enable / Disable the “Is Dimension linked” checkbox as per requirement. If Disabled, Unlinked Dimension characteristics grid will be available to add details. Click Add as shown in the image below.

Enter Characteristic Name, SelectControl Method, SampleSize, Sample frequency, Process, Evaluation, PPT . Click Save and Close.

Note – To add a new entry for the available dropdowns, click on the triple dotted button beside it. You may also add data in these master through Process Flow Masters.

If the "Is Dimension linked" checkbox is enabled, then the Linked, Dimension’s option will be available.

Select the Reaction Plan andIncome Source. Click Save.

Exclusion Master

When you import the Title Block Details, you may wish to exclude some keywords like 'Drawing Number'. To add exclusive keywords when importing and showing among imported text, Click Exclusion in the Master menu.

In the screen that opens, enter Exclusive Word and Click Save. The keyword added here will assist in filtered the imported dimension/Text value in the drawing screen.

Tolerance Master

To enter tolerance details in the application, Click Tolerance in the Master menu.

In the screen that opens, Select Standard andDimension Type. Enter MinimumValue, Maximum Value,Fine Minimum and Fine Maximum. Click Save.

This way, you can enter all the masters and keep your File Ready to Import Drawings from PDF.
