Protect File

You can protect a specific data file of the application. To prevent other users from opening that file, change the password of that file to other than ‘admin’. When you set a password other than ‘admin’ to a file, the application will ask for the password while opening the file, thus allowing only authorized users to access that particular file.

Click on Tools Menu and click Protect File option.

In the window that opens, enter the Current password as “ Admin”, then enter the New password and confirm it.

Note: To remove the password and open the application without a password, you have to set the password back to ‘admin’.
