Ballooning Software – Viswa IR Gen – Reports

Ballooning Software Viswa IR Gen, enables you to Prepare Various Reports related to Inspection and Quality Such as PPAP, PFMEA, PFD, AS 9102.

Reports

Reports are customised to suit your company’s requirement. So, when you open the reports on your computer, Report Screens and Reports will appear differently. Help is provided based on what is available in the default Viswa IR Gen Application on this topic. Your customised application will have a similar screen and not the windows and reports defined in this help topic.

alooned PDF

To generate Ballooned PDF of the required drawing, click on Ballooned PDF from the Reports menu.

Select drawing and click Generate.

Click Yes.

You can generate the Ballooned PDF as shown below.

Control Plan Report

To generate a CP report for the required drawing, click on CONTROL PLAN from the Reports menu.

In the Report Generator window that opens, enter the required details under respective report columns. Click on the -> button to copy the data in the previous field to the following field. Click Save.

Click on the Additional Info button to enter more details that are to be displayed in the required reports.

Add required details in the Additional Report data screen and Click Save.

Note that the additional report details added will apply to all the reports that will be generated.

Click Close, and in the Report Generator screen, Click Generate Report.

Control Plan report in Excel format will be downloaded as shown below.

Process Flow Chart Report

To generate a PFC report for the required drawing, click on PROCESS FLOW CHART from the Reports menu. Click Generate Report.

You may download the PFC report in Excel format, as shown below.

Process Flow Diagram Report

To generate a PFD report for the required drawing, click on PROCESS FLOW DIAGRAM from the Reports menu. Click Generate Report.

You may download the PFD report in Excel, as shown below.

Pre-Dispatch Inspection Report

To generate a PDIR report for the required drawing, click onPRE-DISPATCH INSPECTION REPORT. Click Generate Report.
