Ballooning Software – Viswa IR Gen – PFC

Ballooning Software Viswa IR Gen allows you to Relate Dimensions with Characteristics & Process Flow and then generate a Process Flow Control Report.

Update Operations

To update Operation details, go to the PFC tab. Click Add.

Select the Operation No. and Operation Name. If required details are not available, click on the Triple dotted button beside respective captions and add data.

Click Save.

Selected operation details will be available in the grid as shown below.

To Update the Operation details, Click Edit.

If the operation is not dimension linked, then entries will be available automatically in the Control Plan grid.

Select Machine Name and ClickSave. Operation Name, Symbol type is auto-updated as per the data entered in the Operation Master. You can update the details through Operation master, available under the Master menu.

To check the Control Plan details, Click View as shown below.

The details updated in operation>>Unlinked Dimension Characteristic will be available here.

If the Operation in Dimension linked, then we have to assign the operation to the required dimensions. To update the same, go to Selected Balloons Tab.

Select the Dimensions. In the Options dropdown, select operation and select a required Value. Select the Operation name. Click Apply.

After assigning the operations to the required dimensions, go to PFC Tab and Click Edit.

Select the Machine Name and enter values for Speed Value, Feed Rate Value and Count. Click Save.

Operation Name , Symbol type, Income source of Variation & Reaction Plan are auto-updated as per the data entered in the Operation Master. You can update details can be updated through Operation master, available under the Master menu.
