Ballooning Software Viswa IR Gen can generate Quality Inspection Report & as it links Characteristics & Measuring Instruments with Dimension.

Add Characteristics / Measuring Instruments

To add a new Feature or add a Measuring instrument to the available feature, click on Feature Tab. Click the Feature Characteristics button.

Select the required feature from the dropdown and click Filter to add a measuring instrument to an available feature characteristic.

Select the characteristic from the filtered list and Select the Measuring Instrument at the right top as per requirement and click Add. The program will update the instruments name selected for a given feature characteristic.

To include a new Feature characteristic, click New.

Select feature, enter the Characteristic name and select the Dimension Type. Enable Checkboxes as per necessity.

Is Linked? -> When a dimension is linked to another dimension.

Is Table? -> When the base dimension is linked to a reference table.

No. of Place Manual entry? -> When the base dimension is the parent of the feature dimension.

Is Number? -> When the dimension is linked to another number independent of the drawing.

Is Main? -> When a base dimension is linked to 2 or more dimensions.

Link Multiple Dimension? -> When a base dimension is linked to 2 or more dimensions.

Click Save.

Select FCM button of required dimension in Selected Balloons Tab and select Characteristics and measuring instrument for it. Click Save.
